How to Wear Jewelry

1. Jewelry makes a person feel valued. They are crafted from durable yet delicate materials, adorned with rare stones. We recommend not wearing your jewelry during cleaning, sports, carrying heavy objects, or any activities where they may be exposed to pressure, impact, breakage, or deformation.
2. To keep your jewelry looking like new, avoid wearing it in contact with water (handwashing, swimming) or with wet hands. Do not expose your jewelry to hot and humid environments, and protect it from oils, soaps, detergents, cosmetic products, acidic substances, bleach, alcohol, cologne, acetone, hairspray, and other chemicals. Contact with these factors may cause loss of shine or color, product damage, stone loss, or irreversible harm. We recommend putting on your jewelry after applying perfume.
3. Do not store your jewelry for long periods in closed or airtight spaces. Lack of oxygen can cause surface oxidation, color changes, and loss of shine.
4. To prevent scratches, jewelry should be protected from impacts and stored separately, without touching other pieces, preferably in its original box.
5. Jewelry with diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and other precious stones is particularly sensitive to water, moisture, perfumes, deodorants, and gaseous substances, and must be protected from such exposure.
6. Natural stones may change color when exposed to water or moisture (if not properly dried, handled with wet hands, or stored in a warm and humid environment). Natural stones should be protected from water and humidity.
7. Pearls are natural products, and to maintain their longevity, they need contact with the skin. Jewelry with pearls can be damaged by water, cleaning agents, perfumes, hand creams, hairspray, and other cosmetic products. They should not be stored for long periods in closed or airtight spaces.
8. For jewelry with clips or clasps, do not apply excessive force. These items must be used with special care.
9. We recommend avoiding wearing jewelry in situations where it may be exposed to external impacts (cleaning, sports, carrying heavy objects, childcare, etc.).
10. In case of breakage, deformation, tearing, scratches, stone loss, or other damage resulting from use, the product should be sent to our expert assessment center. After inspection, the customer will be informed whether the item can be repaired or serviced.
11. Maintenance and repair costs for deformations caused by use (stone replacement, adding metal, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
12. We recommend having Altınbaş jewelry serviced once a year at the nearest store, together with the warranty card, within the 18-month warranty period.

1. The holder of this certificate acknowledges having read the above usage instructions.
2. For maintenance, repair, polishing, resizing, and other services, the product must be taken to the nearest Altınbaş store. Interventions carried out by persons outside the Altınbaş expert team void the warranty. Altınbaş Bulgaria is not responsible for consequences of such actions.
3. All damage caused by the user, improper use, or failure to follow instructions is not covered by the warranty.
4. In case of stone loss due to user fault in diamond jewelry, multi-stone pavé designs, or similar items, the cost of new stones is borne by the customer.
5. Warranty and maintenance services are available only upon presentation of the warranty certificate.
6. Altınbaş products with a warranty certificate are covered for 18 months from the date of purchase, provided that defects are not caused by misuse, impact, or other external factors.
7. Altınbaş Bulgaria reserves the right to modify the above conditions without prior notice.

1. If the purchased product has not been used, a diamond product may be exchanged only at the store of purchase, and only for another diamond product of the same group and price, or higher with an additional payment. To perform an exchange, the product must be presented to Altınbaş with the warranty certificate and all accompanying elements.
2. For exchange requests without a defect, store staff must verify that the product has not been used. Exchanges may be made with the warranty certificate, but refunds are not provided.
3. Due to natural changes in the human body (weight gain or loss, pregnancy, swelling, etc.), rings and similar items cannot be exchanged or resized. The customer is responsible for possible differences between the right and left hand.
4. Earrings and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
5. Products made to special order or customized (size, color, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or return.
6. If the replacement product value is lower than the original, the difference is not refunded.
7. Without presenting the Altınbaş warranty certificate and the international stone certificate, diamond products and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned. In such cases, value is determined by the head office, regardless of previous or current retail prices.
